Hats off to the NITEHAWK CINEMA...

Since 2011, the NITEHAWK CINEMA in Brooklyn has been offering two, sometimes three midnight films every weekend. The NITEHAWK features a full bar and food menu to enhance the film going experience, and often features rare 35mm film prints.

Over the past few years I've seen films such as BLUE VELVET, ZOMBIE, URGH! A MUSIC WAR, and LADY TERMINATOR screened here in all their glory, and most recently saw 35mm prints of 1972's SILENT NIGHT BLOODY NIGHT and 1986's CHOPPING MALL (both featuring the legendary Mary Woronov).

If you're ever in NYC make sure to swing by this Brooklyn hot spot, which is surrounded by endless bars and restaurants.
